  • Because our services are tailored to your specific needs, based on your current corporate role and the depth of support you will require to attain your ultimate corporate goal, costs associated with our services are determined on a case-by-case basis.

    Your initial fee ensures that you have our undivided attention until you have successfully accepted a role.

    And to save you on costs associated with any future career transitions, you may also elect to keep us on retainer for a nominal yearly membership, which includes the full suite of services at any time you need them, as well as exclusive invitiations to member-only events.

  • We absolutely encourage you to seek support from your current or most recent company to cover the cost of our services as part of a severence package, and in some cases, a member of our team may even work with you to help along those negotiations.

    Please keep in mind, however, that your current or former employer may not approve the fully quoted fee, or they may not approve the expense at all, and you would therefore be responsible for the balance.

  • If you elect not to become a member, we will work with you as long as it takes for you to secure your next position, be that 2 months or 12. We understand the complex nature of seeking senior-level employment and the mutliple rounds of interviews and preparation that are needed for these kinds of roles, so rest assured, we’ll be with you every step of the way.
